Regina McGuire

Regina McGuire, founder of Four Pillars Global Management, Inc. (4PGM), brings over 20 years of honorable military service as a service-disabled veteran and minority woman leader. Her extensive background in organizational leadership, training, and mission-critical support positions her to lead 4PGM with strategic vision and operational precision in the government contracting sector. Regina’s military experience, including spearheading initiatives in medical disability evaluation and sexual assault prevention, mirrors her current role in guiding 4PGM’s strategic growth, team development, and client engagement.


As a fourth-year clinical psychology student, Regina applies evidence-based practices and cultural competency to shape program design and service delivery. This unique perspective enhances 4PGM’s ability to meet the diverse and evolving needs of government clients while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Her past coordination of support services for military families informs her current management of 4PGM’s contracts, budgets, and compliance protocols.


Regina’s leadership fosters a company culture grounded in integrity, inclusion, and service. She actively advocates for opportunities that uplift military personnel, families, and communities, reinforcing 4PGM’s mission to deliver innovative, compliant, and impactful support services across the government landscape.

Bryan McGuire – CEO

Following a successful 22-year career with the US Navy, Bryan moved to the industry as a Technical Trainer developing Advanced Warfare Training (AWT) curriculum to train the U.S. Navy Fleet on the Ship’s Self Defense System (SSDS), radars, and weapon systems onboard Carriers and Amphibious class ships.

Bryan was immediately promoted to the SSDS West Coast Lead for a team of contractors and military personnel conducting CONUS and OCONUS training events.

In 2017, Bryan joined INDUS to support Naval Surface Warfare Center, Point Hueneme (PHD), CVN contract where he honed his Project and Program Management expertise as a Combat Systems Project Engineer (CSPE), leading cross-functional Alteration Installation Teams in shipyard environments and conducting high-level briefings to Program Executive Office (PEO) Integration Warfare System (IWS), NSWC PHD, and other military leadership.

In 2022, he was promoted to Program Manager where he successfully managed two prime contract efforts (NUWC Detachment San Diego and NAVSEA Corona – Test Operations Support Services). Bryan successfully cultivated organic task order growth of the TOSS contract by 46% and NUWC Detachment San Diego contract by 33%.

Most recently, Bryan served as Vice President at INDUS Technology, Inc. and manages a portfolio that includes contract efforts based in San Diego, CA, Kauai, HI, Oahu, HI, Hawthorne, NV, and Keyport, WA with a combined 200+ personnel. In this role, Bryan was responsible for driving corporate strategy and growth initiatives in these markets by aligning capabilities with customer needs, bringing consistent yet innovative solutions to customers.

Outside of INDUS, Bryan was a youth baseball/softball hitting instructor for two decades and High School softball coach. He is the owner of a home restoration business in Western Missouri. He enjoys spending time with his wife Regina, golfing and traveling with friends, attending professional sporting events, completing home renovation projects, and tinkering on classic cars.

Lawrence Quevedo – CIO

Lawrence V. Quevedo, Jr. is a highly accomplished Program Manager with over 25 years of leadership experience delivering mission-critical solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD). Recognized as a trusted leader in managing multi-million-dollar projects, Lawrence has successfully overseen portfolios exceeding $6 million annually, driving contract growth and fostering strategic partnerships across complex government programs.

A Subject Matter Expert in U.S. Navy Combat Systems and Electronic Warfare operations, Lawrence leverages over three decades of experience to provide tactical expertise to key defense stakeholders, including the Aegis Training and Readiness Center, Surface Combat Systems Training Command, and more than 100 U.S. Navy ships. His distinguished career includes roles as Deputy Information Warfare Commander and leadership positions supporting Integrated Air and Missile Defense operations in the Arabian Gulf during Operation Enduring Freedom.

Lawrence excels in program development, strategic planning, and risk mitigation, consistently delivering results under high-pressure environments. His achievements include leading cross-functional teams, streamlining processes to optimize operational efficiency, and producing winning proposals that secure and sustain critical government contracts. Known for his ability to build and strengthen relationships, Lawrence has trained and mentored thousands of military personnel, enhancing combat readiness and tactical performance.

In addition to his executive expertise, Lawrence is the proud owner and operator of a successful sports performance training business. Through his passion for athletic development, he has helped middle and high school athletes achieve their goals, from earning varsity team spots to competing for state championships and collegiate scholarships.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and maintains an active Secret-SSBI Clearance valid through 2034.

Joseph Conroy – COO

Joseph Conroy serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Four Pillars Global Management, Inc. (4PGM), leading the company’s day-to-day operations, contract execution, and organizational strategy. With over 30 years of experience in government contracting, defense logistics, operations management, and program execution, Joseph Conroy plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, mission success, and continuous improvement across all contracts.


A results-driven executive, Joseph Conroy is a proven expert in streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Under Joseph Conroy’s leadership, 4PGM delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions in RDT&E, life cycle sustainment, IT, cybersecurity, and logistics, ensuring that the company meets and exceeds client expectations.

Michael Strother – CTO

Michael Strother, Chief Technology Officer at Four Pillars Global Management, leads transformative technology solutions that address complex challenges across industries. With over 20 years of experience spanning defense, utilities, renewable energy, and transit, he aligns cutting-edge innovation with client objectives to deliver measurable, future-ready outcomes.

Michael has a proven track record of driving mission-critical projects, from managing advanced IT systems for the U.S. Navy to delivering large-scale renewable energy initiatives at SDG&E. At San Diego MTS, he implemented cloud technologies and safety systems that enhanced situational awareness for millions of transit riders. His expertise in technical strategy, disaster recovery, risk management, and emerging technologies enables him to craft solutions that optimize systems and mitigate risks while ensuring scalability and sustainability.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and ITIL 4 Foundation holder, Michael combines technical acumen with leadership skills to unite cross-functional teams and deliver results. Leveraging frameworks such as Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma, he ensures precision and client satisfaction in every initiative.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology Management from National University and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Point Loma Nazarene University. His extensive experience and qualifications empower him to navigate evolving technology landscapes, driving innovation and value for Four Pillars Global Management’s clients.
